By holding space for spiritual needs, one can begin to care for what needs the most attention in their lives. There may be an invitation to expand one’s capacity to live with greater openness, attention, peace, and freedom.

Indigenous Family Rocks is a Winnipeg based program celebrating the lives of urban Indigenous families and youth. Through shared cultural experiences, community outings, and participation in Indigenous and community led events, we create circles of connection that foster belonging, learning, and meaningful relationships.

Group Accompaniment & Retreats
Group accompaniment and retreat facilitation offers a supportive, guided space for groups, communities, and organizations to reconnect, reflect, and grow together along shared paths of learning, change, and transformation.
Through collaboratively designed retreats, group conversations, and shared experiences, participants are encouraged to deepen communication and awareness in ways that lead to freedom and renewal.

ASL Interpreting
Its important that people are able to fully participate in the spaces that matter to them.
We provide ASL interpreting services in Winnipeg for Deaf and hearing individuals. Its our aim to bridge communication across healthcare appointments, legal needs, community events, workplace settings, educational environments, and more. Our approach is rooted in cultural and linguistical understanding, so that every person can engage with confidence and dignity.
